Whole bean coffee and XCT oil
I just bought some whole bean coffee and XCT oil from this company, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how good these products are. The coffee is so rich and tasty, giving me that perfect caffeine kick to kickstart my morning. And the XCT oil is awesome for keeping me energized and focused all day long. I definitely think these products are top-notch and would totally suggest them to anyone who wants some great coffee and healthy fats to feel their best.
Omega-3 supplements
I just bought some omega-3 supplements from this company because a friend suggested them. But when I looked into it, I realized that the company was wrong about EPA and DHA only being in animal products. Those nutrients can also be found in certain plants. This made me doubt their other product info and got me thinking they might not be trustworthy. I think it's super important for companies to give customers the right info, especially with health stuff.
Protein bars and collagen powder
I've been getting protein bars and collagen powder from this place for years, like probably around 6 now. And I gotta say, I'm obsessed with it all! Those protein bars are seriously delicious, and the collagen powder works wonders on my skin. Plus, whenever I place an order, it arrives super fast and the packaging is top-notch - those bars could survive a monster attack, they're that secure!
Loved their coffee and that's not the only best they have
I regularly buy coffee beans from Bulletproof, really authentic, fresh and perfect coffee beans, give an real taste. Far better than those packed coffee. I make it at home and it serves really well.
I have seen some other stuff they have too. I ordered some snacks too from them.
There are more I haven't tried yet like their supplements and all. Surely promising.Protein powder
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I've noticed a big drop in the quality and consistency of the products since the company was bought out by a bigger corporation. The customer service has taken a hit too, making it hard to get the help and info I used to get easily. The products just aren't up to the standards they used to be, and it seems like they're cutting corners by not being open about their data. Sadly, I can't rely on their items anymore and have switched to brands that care more about customer happiness and top-notch products.
Bulletproof coffee and health supplements
Bulletproof has some really awesome products, especially their coffee which I totally adore. I've even shared their stuff with my family because I really believe in the quality they bring. And not just that, they also offer some cool health info for free through their podcast, books, and infographics. But I gotta take off a star for a couple things. First, they don't show COAs, which is something savvy shoppers like me wanna see to make sure the products are safe and don't have heavy metals. It's kind of a bummer they're not more transparent about that. Second, it's not easy to get their products in Europe and they're usually overpriced on Amazon.uk and Amazon.de. It'd be awesome if they could make it easier for European customers who wanna hack their health.
Coffee and supplements
Oh wow, this coffee is just amazing! I had the French roast and it was like pure heaven in a cup. And those supplements? They're really good quality and not too pricey. Let me tell you, last year in lockdown, I had an order disappear, but they quickly refunded me without any hassle. Their customer service is honestly the best I've ever come across.
Delayed package
I had a pretty bad experience with this company I ordered from. I waited for weeks for my package only to find out that it hadn't even been delivered, and I had to bug them to give my money back. The customer service person I talked to was not helpful at all and didn't even say sorry, which really bugged me. Instead of trying to fix the situation by sending me a new package, they just gave me a refund and said to order again. The fact that they didn't take responsibility for their mistake really rubbed me the wrong way, and I was left feeling annoyed and unhappy as a customer. It got me thinking if their products are as bad as their service. Long story short, I won't be buying from them again.
Bulletproof coffee purchase
I've always been a loyal Bulletproof coffee drinker and loved their products. But man, I'm really disappointed in their customer service lately. It's gone downhill fast in the past couple of months, like from a 7.5 to a 1. My packages keep getting delayed for like three weeks each time, and they don't even bother apologizing or keeping me in the loop. I've tried reaching out for help via text, but it's like talking to a brick wall - no one ever responds. And to make matters worse, on Black Friday I scored a big discount on a bunch of stuff, only to later find out my order didn't actually go through even though it looked good on my end. Now I've gotta reorder everything at full price, which sucks big time. I really hope they step up their game with the customer service because I'm a big fan of their products.
Overpriced coffee
I just gotta tell ya, I was super bummed out by that expensive cup of coffee I bought. Honestly, it was the worst coffee I've ever had. It had this gross flavor that made my stomach turn, plus it left this oily feeling in my mouth. And to top it off, it went bad real quick - only lasted about 3 weeks before it was undrinkable. Save your cash and skip this coffee, it was a total letdown that left a bad taste in my mouth, in more ways than one.
