I've been subscribing for about 3 years now, and I gotta say, the recipes they send always offer a nice variety. The ingredients are usually fresh, but every now and then we get some squished up produce because of the delivery. The pricing is pretty fair too, they haven't jacked up the cost much over the years. It might take a little while to adjust to the meal prepping routine and trying out new recipes, but in the end, it's totally worth it. Give it a shot for a few months!
Varied Menu - not the same old thing
I love all the different kinds of food they have on the menu. They offer everything from meals you bake in the oven to broiled dishes and things you cook on the stovetop. It's always fun to try something new. They also have lots of different ethnic options that spice up meal planning. The portions are usually really good and fill me up. Sometimes my meat juices leaked during delivery, but that problem got fixed. And once in a while, when I follow the cooking instructions, my veggies end up too cooked which is a bummer. But even with these little challenges, I still think this service is a good choice for getting home-cooked meals.

Fresh ingredients, minimal packaging waste
The food was really fresh, just like they said it would be. I liked that they didn't use a bunch of extra packaging. They even had a little tray inside the box to keep all the ingredients organized, which made it super easy to stick in the fridge. One thing they could improve on is maybe having some different ingredient options listed on the recipe cards in case you can't find one of them at the store. I had to reach out to customer service while I was cooking, but the person I talked to couldn't really help me out. Still, I really thought the recipe cards were great and I plan on hanging onto them for later.
Fresh ingredients, easy recipes, on track delivery service
I really like that they use fresh ingredients and the recipes are easy to follow. The delivery has been pretty good once they figured everything out - it's been on time and quick. At first, they were leaving packages down by the road instead of up by my house, but they fixed that. In general, I've had a good experience with the service - lots of different recipes to choose from and good quality ingredients.
Great variety of meals
The food options are amazing, with a lot of delicious choices that are way better than other meal plans I've had before. The recipes are tasty and well put together, which makes me really eager to cook and enjoy every meal. Lately, though, I've noticed that some of the veggies in the deliveries haven't been up to par. But the customer service team was really fast to help me out and fix things. All in all, the flavors and recipes are top-notch, so this service is definitely one of my favorites.
Complicated recipes, expensive
I'm not really big on cooking in the kitchen, so I tried out the recipes from this delivery service. They were way too complex for my taste. Not only did they take forever to make, but they also required a ton of ingredients that I never had on hand. On top of that, the kits were pretty pricey for the small amount of food they made - usually about $120 for 3 or 4 kits. Seems like a lot of money for meals that required so much work to put together.
Meal kits, easy and fun
I really enjoy being able to pick out my meals every week! It's awesome to experiment with new recipes and ingredients without having to deal with the hassle of going to the store. Sometimes the recipes are a bit challenging for me because I'm not a great cook, but everything has turned out really tasty. The app makes it super easy to plan out my meals. I haven't had any issues so far!
Weekly subscription
The only thing I did not like was the proteins. The fish sourcing is outside the US and the freeze refreeze impacts both texture and flavor. The chicken breasts are not that good for the same reason. The fruits, veg and herbs were terrific. If you are doing meat free this would be a good option.
