helpful staff, terrible pickup follow-through — don’t book a day off expecting a smooth collection. A coworker tipped me to Plumb Warehouse and I spotted the item on their site, so I went in. The guy at the counter fixed the wrong-item mix-up and was actually great. After that it fell apart: I booked courier collection, stayed home all day, and no one showed. Later they said the courier “tried” earlier, which felt like an excuse. Nobody called to warn me or to reschedule. Pleasant in-person help, but coordination and delivery info need real improvement.
