Textbook purchase
I bought a textbook that turned out to be just like how it was described, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I was happy that the person I bought it from shipped it out within 2 days. But, keeping track of my order was kind of a letdown. Even though I got a tracking number, I never got any more updates after the first notification that it was sent out. I had no clue if UPS even got the package, where it was, or when it might show up. When I tried to get help from the customer service, they just sent me back to the seller, which didn't really solve anything. I've had my stuff get lost by UPS before, so not being able to see what's going on makes me nervous about using this company for shipping. It would be nice if they had other options for shipping to make customers feel better.
Lost rental book experience
My experience with eCampus was a real rollercoaster, let me tell you. When my rental book got delivered to the wrong person at first, I was really stressed out. But the eCampus customer service team stepped up and helped me out right away. They filed a report with USPS and got me in touch with the delivery driver who made the mistake. Even though the delivery driver couldn't fix it right away, he surprised me by showing up at my door an hour later with the book. I was so grateful for his hard work and dedication to making things right. I made sure to let eCampus know about his actions and thanked them for being so understanding and supportive through it all.
this is money saving
Ecampus is a really good source for buying books related to college and university. My both sisters asked me to try this and this is really helpful as most of the books are pocket friendly. Also they have lots of options and they delivered different books written by different authors all around world. the book s here are easy to buy and it can help a lot if you have a limited budget. they have discounts which save a lot when i am buying my books. the shipping services are on time and i get all needed books at my doorstep

Online purchase of textbooks
Buying textbooks online was so simple. I just wish I could download them as PDFs for Google workspace. When I tried to buy physical copies of used textbooks, it was a bit of a hassle because they were out of stock, but the option to buy them was still there. I did get refunds, but it made the whole process a little annoying.
Book order
I was pumped to get my book order from eCampus since I needed them for my classes that are starting soon. Most of the books came on time and in good shape, which was awesome. But, one of the books was on back order, which was a bummer. It's frustrating since the semester already started. I'm hoping they can fix this quickly and get the book to me ASAP.

Loose leaf lab manual purchase
I've bought things online before from different places like eCampus.com and usually had good experiences. But my most recent purchase of a loose leaf lab manual was a letdown. I knew it would be loose leaf, but when it arrived, the pages were all mixed up - some were even upside down, out of order, and missing. When I reached out to customer service, the first response didn't really help much. They just said it's "loose leaf" and promised to maybe send a replacement. The fact that there wasn't a quick and satisfying solution to the problem has left me feeling disappointed with both the product and how customer service handled it.
