MapiLab's Mail merge Toolkit
I have used this tool with great outcomes for years. Never before with M365 Office. I got some issues in the connect to Outlook and the Add-In would not load. With the time difference there is no way I could have got better support and my voluntary work I do could get really important notices out via email, and with an essential attachment for times like they are. Thank you MapiLab.

Terrible Service!
DO NOT PURCHASE!
They asked me to buy premium support which I did. They asked me to update with additional cost, so I did..
Never resolved the issue after even purchasing premium support for $30 to resolve the issue. They said they will get back. Never did!!
I have sent many emails through thier support portal and no one has got back. I just feel cheated!!
Terrible is the word to describe them. They will take your money and never get back!
