I like the flavor and it didn’t mess with my stomach, but I can’t rely on the protein numbers. I first noticed it on the shelf at the gym after a friend recommended it. After weeks of using it and tracking macros I got curious and measured the included scoop because something felt off. The bag claims 24 grams per scoop and lists 14 scoops, but the actual count per bag was closer to 18 scoops, meaning each scoop ends up being roughly 17 grams of protein. That’s about thirty percent less than advertised, which is a big deal if you’re trying to hit targets. Customer service has been responsive and polite during the few messages I sent, and the little flavor packets improve taste compared with other powders I’ve tried. No bloating, which is nice. So it’s usable and even enjoyable, but the labeling error ruins it for anyone who needs accurate macros.
Stepping away after repeated delivery issues
I’m done with Gainful for now. Repeated delivery and support failures made the choice for me. First a missing shipment, then a bag arrived torn and powder everywhere. Support was polite and did order a replacement, which I appreciated, but the follow-up delivery was again marked delivered to the wrong place. On top of that they removed access to the dietitian and never answered my questions about ingredients, which felt like the last straw. I’ve used similar services that at least fixed mistakes quickly, so this was disappointing. Would have stayed if they showed they cared. Small things matter when you rely on a subscription.
Protein powder purchase
I was really impressed by how much detail was in the questionnaire on the website. The protein powder I got was made just for me and has really helped improve my workouts. It's so easy to have all my nutritional needs taken care of in one spot. I can't wait to try out all the different flavors to make my protein shakes even better!
Protein powder mix
I've tried a bunch of different protein powders before, but nothing beats the tasty and creamy blends I've discovered here. Overpriced generic supplement
The product was alright but it wasn't really personalized. The quiz they had me take was pretty basic, only asking about what I eat and what I'm trying to achieve. As a result, the supplements I got felt like they could've been for anyone, not just me. All they asked was if I liked plant or animal protein, that's it. Definitely not worth the big price tag. I'd suggest saving some cash and just getting protein powder from a nearby store instead.
Protein powder and watermelon pre-workout
This protein powder is awesome because it's tailored to fit your needs perfectly. Plus, that watermelon pre-workout without caffeine is the bomb – it doesn't send me spinning with tons of energy. The customer service is top-notch too, they have your back for anything you need. I'd definitely recommend this to my buddies, it's really awesome!

I've tried a bunch of different protein powders before, but they were all kinda disappointing until I came across this personalized protein powder. It's pretty awesome how it's specifically made to match my fitness goals. Not only does it work well in helping me hit those goals, but it tastes amazing too. I like that I can choose my own flavor boosters on the side, and that the protein itself is unflavored so I can mix it into whatever I want. Those flavor boosters really make a difference compared to other protein powders out there with not-so-great tastes. Plus, having access to a nutritionist and being able to retake the quiz as needed is some next-level customer service I haven't seen before.
Yeah, it might be a little more expensive than other options, but the quality and personalization totally make it worth it. I'm even thinking about trying out some of their other products down the line. I'm so fed up with how long it's taking for my order to arrive. I was told it would be here in 4-7 business days, but it's been 9 business days and nothing yet. I tried contacting customer service for a refund or discount, but they were no help at all. It's so frustrating that I have to go buy protein somewhere else because of their slow shipping.

The protein powder was actually pretty good, but it was just so expensive compared to other stuff out there. Also, the emails they kept sending were way too much and felt like they were invading my space, so I stopped using it altogether.

The pre-workout I got has seriously made a huge difference in my workouts. It gives me a nice, steady boost of energy without any crashing later on, and the beta-A tingle lets me know it's doing its thing. I decided to skip the creatine in my pre-workout and got it separately. I throw it into my protein shakes and pre-workout mix, and it all blends together perfectly. Speaking of protein shakes, the protein powder I got is hands down the best I've ever had. Both the cookies and cream and cinnamon toast flavors are amazing, and they mix super well with 8oz of water (more than that and it's too watered down). Overall, I'm super happy with everything I bought and definitely recommend giving them a shot.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I was really let down by the personalized protein powders I bought. They tasted terrible and didn't blend properly. I even tried changing my subscription to match my workout schedule, but it was a pain and didn't improve the product quality. In the end, I'm sorry I spent my money on it and won't be making another purchase from them.
Weight loss transformation
Gainful has seriously changed the game for me since February 2022. It tastes so good, goes great with almond milk, and keeps me satisfied all the way until lunch. I kick off my day with a shake mixed with their fiber and collagen, then follow it up with a strawberry lemonade hydration pack after lunch to gear up for my evening workout. The caffeine gives me just the right amount of energy without making me all shaky. And let me tell you, when I pair it with a healthy diet and regular exercise, I've managed to shed an unbelievable 48lbs.
High protein, low carb and fat, pricey
The product is awesome - it's got a ton of protein but low on carbs and fat. I really like the extra flavor options for mixing things up. It is a bit pricey for what you get, but I'm definitely gonna keep using it for my nutrition routine.
