this suspension feels like an error and is stopping me from taking surveys I normally qualify for. I've always given honest, thoughtful answers, and sudden repeated screenouts on HeyCash were followed by an automated "quality issue" flag that froze my account until April 17, 2026. I get occasional disqualifications—sure—but nothing like this, and I keep a perfect standing on several other survey sites, so the data issue doesn't add up. I emailed the support address and heard nothing back; that's frustrating because a quick manual check of my username, CDrak, should clear this. I don't want to sound entitled; maybe the system catches real problems sometimes, but here it looks like a false positive. Please have someone review and lift the ban if possible. I like the platform and want to keep contributing, just not when I'm blocked for reasons I can't see.
