Inkjet cartridge purchase
I recently bought an inkjet cartridge from this company and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. So, I made sure to update my shipping address in their system before placing my order, but somehow the order still ended up at my old address. When I tried to get in touch with customer service about this mess, it was a pain trying to talk to a real person on the phone. It took three tries, but I finally got through, and the person had the nerve to blame me for not mentioning the address change when confirming shipping. How is that my fault when your system clearly had my updated address? And to top it off, they wouldn't resend my order or give me a refund. Their customer service was completely ridiculous and unacceptable.
Toner purchase experience
I bought a toner cartridge from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. First off, they didn't tell me they were gonna charge me in USD, so I ended up seeing some unexpected charges on my bank statement. Then, they gave me a fake tracking number for my delivery at first, followed by a different one that was delayed. Because of all that confusion, I ended up buying another toner from a local store and now I have two. When I asked for a refund, they said they wouldn't give me back the shipping cost and that I'd have to pay for the return shipping. It really feels like I got scammed, and I just want others to be careful if they're thinking about buying from them.

I just bought some ink cartridges from this company, and let me tell you, I'm really let down by their service. I placed my order on February 9th, and it's been 10 days and it still says "processing." I've emailed them a bunch of times and haven't heard anything back at all. This lack of communication is just not okay.

I've been a customer of this company for a while now, but I gotta say, I've been really let down by their service lately. The drums for my Dell printers have been defective, and when I tried to contact them for a replacement, they just straight up ignored me. I'm a regular customer and usually have good experiences with this company. But my last purchase was a letdown. The Mustache MICPG240xxl Black cartridge I got didn't perform well. The ink didn't come out as a deep black like it should have - it had this weird blue-ish tint to it. This was frustrating and made my printed documents look lower quality.

My experience with those ink cartridges I bought from that company was such a letdown. Turned out they were all messed up and didn't even work with my printer. I really enjoy getting ink from here because they carry both brand name and generic versions. I've discovered that the generic ones work perfectly fine in my Samsung printer, so I save some cash by going for those instead.

This company is a total nightmare. I ordered ink cartridges weeks ago and I still haven't gotten them. When I asked for an update, they said they couldn't even find my order. Seriously? How do you lose an order? It's completely absurd. I'm never buying from them again, and you shouldn't either.

Wonderful experience
One of my trustworthy printer suppliers i found online eleven years ago. 123inkjets are really worthy for every penny and they understand the importance of quality and quality. They have really good brands like HP , Samsung, Dell, and canon. I can get the all needed items without worrying about what i am buying. Best part is , the company is trusted by the good brands and with that i can trust the supplies will be always in top notch.
The price is also reasonable and i really recommend this for people . They are good and i am buying ink cartridges and toners for such a long time, i can assure the quality is awesome and you can work more without wasting .
