Dignity Lift
I ordered one of their lifts and it has changed our lives. It is for my wife who kept needing help on the toilet but wouldn't ask for it. She cried about it, so I found this. She pushes the button and it stands her up.
dignity lift
this company pretends to serve disabled, mostly elderly citizens. beware beware. i ordered a $1500 lift from them with so called "free shipping". when i had to return it because it wouldn't fit around my toilet, i suddenly lost $600 of my order. i had to pay for shipping both ways and a restocking fee. read their returns policy carefully.

It was $317.02, which is a lot different than six hundred.
Mr. Leshin. I would like to dispute your account of the situation. Let's clarify what happened. You ordered a product from us, but didn't check to see if it would fit in your bathroom. We provide clear instructions for how to do this, but you didn't use them.
You used our "free shipping" service, but that service isn't free for us. We still have to pay UPS to ship it to you. When the item didn't work, you had us have UPS pick up the parcel. This isn't free either. When the item came back, you had opened it, so then we have to check it and inspected it. The sanitary seal on the item was broken so we had to sanitize everything and replace the packaging materials. That isn't free. The result was you were charged a restocking fee and the shipping costs (without markup) for both directions of travel. That is a very fair policy. Someone has to pay for the cost of your ordering mistake and it shouldn't be other customers.
Here is the truth though, your total charge was not what you claim it was here. I am looking right at your order information and your charge was $317.02.
That's a big difference from your claim of six hundred dollars isn't it? Your carelessness in ordering cost you and it costs us a lot of time and money too. If other people are considering ordering from us, please use the guides to see if our lifts will work with your toilet and fit in your bathroom. It will save us all a lot of trouble. We want to help you with your toileting, but we can't help you if our product won't fit in your bathroom.
