Sweatshirt
Bought my daughter a small sweatshirt but she received a 2XL. I sent fifthsun customer service an email. Received a response from them the next day. They asked for pictures which my daughter sent. The next day they answered letting me know they were sending a new sweatshirt size S and we could, just this one time, keep the other sweatshirt and donate it or give to a friend.
Excellent customer service! I would definitely order from them again.

I purchased eight shirts, all mediums, but five were closer to "smalls" in size. I contacted Fifth Sun and was told I would be refunded after returning the items in question.
After several weeks I was refunded only $46.94 and received an email that said the issue was marked "resolved." (The shirts were $25.99 each, which means I should have been getting about $130 back.)
I made several phone calls and sent numerous emails--all of which went ignored on their end. I eventually had to open a complaint through PayPal--my original payment method. Fifth Sun has yet to get back to them, either.
To be clear, I did not wear nor wash the garments. They were in perfect, unused shape when I sent them back. Fifth Sun simply wants to force me to pay for items I have already returned--which is stealing, as they now have both my money AND the shirts.
I have been a Fifth Sun customer for years, but no longer. I strongly recommend to any prospective buyers to find a more trustworthy company. These guys are thieves.Venom Sweatshirt
I've ordered from two major retailers to find out afterwards my order was coming from Fifth Sun, a 3rd party vendor. Both times the sweatshirt decals were applied horribly, the sweatshirts look old and the decal is faded, looks nothing like the image from the site. Really upset that major retailers aren't disclosing this beforehand!!

Experience just as other customers reviews. Haven't received item ordered, called their customer service number, nobody answers. Sent emails, with email back, I'll get a update on information on shipping date, never have. Ordered around mid june. I called my bank, and told them I wanted to dispute purchase.
It reminds me of the scam clothing companies on Facebook!! I bought the same tee shirt on Targets online, and yes its the same tee as Fifth Sun sells.Two t-shirts
Never received order. Waited. Requested refund but was told they would not do anything to rectify the issue. Won’t return phone call, no one will answer the phone to resolve and so I’m out $56 and have no product. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware!
Terrible customer service!!!!! Sizing is inaccurate and misleading. No response from their customer service department when attempting to confirm a return as directed on the website. four attempts without a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
