Fake products.
Such a scam that even Amazon has removed them from their site.4 bottles Olive oil/ 4 Bottles Avocado oil
Order confirmed on Sept 11th. Ordered 2 day shipping. STILL NOT ARRIVED. Apalling customer service and attitude. I recieved a mail saying the order was on its way...but the UPS page did not update..so i sent an email..got a falrly testy response saying it left on the UPS truck 4 days after the initial mail, and that UPS would update later...waited a few days- UPS not updating and 'still awaiting package', emailed again, and this time I was told that they had dropped the order down themselves 2 days before!!!!!! Bunch of lies. No real apology - (seemed to suggest that because the product is so cheap that the service can be crap!!)..NOT to be trusted. Product appears to be on its way, but still not arrived..2 DAY SHIPPING!!

Terrible customer service! Waited 1 week for new "batch" to be made which I understand as this product is time sensitive and needs to be fresh. Received email 1 week later that product was being shipped 2-day mail. No package received after 1 week so email was sent requesting infirmation on package. No response. Sent 2nd email next day. Received response simply with a tracking attachment showing product would be delivered 10/2 (10 days after day it was supposedly sent via 2-day mail). No explanation. No apology. Simply "Shalom". Sent another email complaining that this was unacceptable and I expected at least an explanation or apology as a 10 day delivery I would imagine affects freshness of product. No response. Will NOT return to this company as there are many vendors out their. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
