I've been buying Pure Encapsulations from my doctor for a while now, but I just found out I can get them on this website for a way better price. I had to place two orders - one was a simple reorder and the other was a bit more complicated, needing some investigative work on Heberth's end. Through the whole thing, he was super professional, nice, and polite. What really got me was his calm, pleasant voice that made everything easier, especially for someone like me who's a bit older. Heberth really went the extra mile and I can’t praise him enough for his great service. He’s a real asset and a great representation of the company.
Variety of health products
I had some problems with the website at first because my browser was blocking it for security reasons and the item pictures weren't displaying correctly. But after updating my browser on a newer computer, I haven't had any issues. I've made two orders with the company and I've been happy with the good prices, fast delivery, and quality products.

Shopping on that website was so frustrating! I was trying to find a specific product, but all I kept seeing were items that had nothing to do with what I wanted. And even when I typed in the right words, the results still weren't right. Then, when I finally got to checkout, it took forever for the system to recognize my choices and move on. And to top it off, my coupon code didn't apply until I was basically done checking out. All in all, the whole shopping experience was a huge hassle and took up way too much of my time because of these problems.

I bought something from this company, and man, was I disappointed! I ordered this homeopathic formula expecting a box with a clear expiration date, but when it showed up, it wasn't even in a box and had no expiration date in sight. The label was all messed up, with important info missing. So, I reached out to customer service and found out that it was gonna expire in just 3 months! That's not cool at all, makes me wonder about the quality of their stuff.

Better tried one first and feel suitable ,so continued with fish oils ,not many but regular.
