I bought their mattress because my lower back started acting up and I needed something firm but not rock-hard. The bed itself is fine. It feels supportive and the cover is soft. It took a day or two to break in. Delivery was on time and setup was easy, though the straps were a bit awkward. The problem is their communication. I haven't used them since early 2024, yet I just started getting marketing emails I never agreed to. I never clicked subscribe and I haven't placed a recent order. Support sent a canned reply telling me to unsubscribe, which misses the point and feels careless about privacy. The product helped my back, but their consent handling needs work. I'd consider buying again, but I'd be cautious.
Kinda frustrated, then relieved
Bought after seeing Canapuff listed; at first the vape hit okay, flavor was alright, I mean sort of. Later I noticed the site hadn't actually sent what was pictured and refunds took ages. I felt satisfied only when replacement came.
