Weirdly, I almost didn't buy from them because I kept reading mixed stuff, but the product looked good and we'd been enjoying it for months. I placed a BOGO for Valentine's and felt kinda nervous — shipping deadlines, quality claims, you know the drill — and at first those worries faded because the stuff actually worked and tasted fine. Then the BOGO got canceled last minute for "shipping issues," and when I asked them to resend at the promo price they said the deal was over and I'd need to pay full. I pushed back, explained it wasn't my fault, and then the replies stopped. That stung. I went digging online and found other people saying the THC levels weren't what was advertised, which made me step back even more. So where I was once a regular fan I pulled back and can't recommend buying right now, though I do still think the product itself was good when I used it. If you're curious, check recent reviews before ordering and screenshot offers. I hope they fix customer service and honor promos — I'd come back if that changes.

good. Customer service: not great, invisible really. Their site said 3–5 day replies, but I waited longer and am still hoping for an answer. If you hate chasing companies, be warned.
Too strong, no return — but it actually worked
labeling says low dose but the actual strength felt like something like 30x. Okay, rant over. After that rocky start I had a couple cautious tries later and realized the product is incredibly potent — maybe too much for some, but effective if you respect it. So I’m skeptical about safety and returns, but grudgingly impressed by how well it does what it claims. Won’t be careless again.
