Rainy morning, leash in one hand, coffee in the other — that’s when I knew. We started taking Nala about three months after we brought her home and the first day felt calm, tidy and like they knew what they were doing. On the third drop-off she ran straight through the gate without a backward glance and came home each time tired and happy, really happy. Darren stood out, steady, clear with messages, friendly but professional and consistent. So glad we found them; it’s been better than I expected.
Unreliable communication, slow handling
don't expect clear communication or a timely delivery. I ordered and then sat for eight days with no tracking updates or replies. I emailed five times and tried calling twice, left messages, got nothing back, so I opened a chargeback with my bank. Only after I posted a blunt public review did they reply saying the item was out of stock - no apology, no timeline, nothing. Weirdly, that public post finally got attention. Tip: document everything and use card protections.
Worried at first, now relieved
Darren remembers Molly hides toys under the couch and he tucks a tiny blanket into her carrier (no clue why, but it calms her). She's actually excited on mornings she goes, not just for a walk. I still check in sometimes, but honestly wouldn’t send her anywhere else now.
Pretty happy pup
Honestly, I'm really pleased — this place is my go-to for weekday daycare. I needed somewhere reliable because I work long shifts and my older lab has bad hips, so I wanted him to get exercise without me worrying. He's been going once or twice a week for a few months now and, yeah, it's been solid. The team always texts to confirm pick-up and drop-off times, the van shows up and he loses it in a good way when he sees it. He comes home utterly zonked, which means he actually ran all day, and they share photos every day so I can see who he's playing with. I normally write reviews only when things go wrong, so this felt worth saying — happy so far, will keep using them, and they're easy to deal with.
Daycare Dream Team
friendly faces, calm routines, and people who actually wanted to be there. Emma and Emmie have been standout — consistent, patient, and they send updates so I’m not fretting all day. My dog now jumps out of bed on daycare mornings and comes home quietly tired, snoring on the couch; it's such a relief to see. If Emmie isn’t on shift in the morning my piglet gets upset, seriously. I also appreciate the way they communicate — monthly newsletters, feedback requests, and heads-ups if anything like a sickness is going around. That attention shows they care about safety and keep trying to do better. Feels good to leave her there.
