Flower delivery
I ordered some flowers for delivery recently, but I made a boo-boo and forgot to put in the recipient's address. I tried to cancel the mistaken order and put in a new one with the right address, but ended up cancelling the wrong one. The customer service folks were really nice and empathetic about it, which was great. It would be even better if I could talk to a real person to sort out these kinds of mix-ups quicker.
