Shower filter purchase
I gotta tell ya, the shower filter I bought from this company was a major letdown. Back in November 2021, I was hoping it would help improve the quality of my shower water, but no such luck. Not only did I not see any difference, but my skin has been dryer than ever since using it. I tried reaching out to the company for some proof that their product actually works, but they couldn't come up with anything solid. And get this, they only want to talk through email or chat, which just added to my frustration. I even left a 3-star review, but they quickly took it down from their website. Seemed like they're trying to sweep negative feedback under the rug. Overall, I am super disappointed with the product and their lack of honesty and service. I'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card company and I suggest others think twice before buying from these guys.
