I just wanna share with y'all an online shopping experience I had that was a major letdown. I bought a gift for my girl but got the totally wrong item in the mail. So I hit up customer service right away to fix the mix-up, but they straight up ghosted me - didn't even bother to acknowledge my problem. The way they left me hanging like that is just not cool, man.
