Sweater purchase with BOGO deal
I got two sweaters from this company when they were doing a buy one get one free deal and it was a pretty decent experience overall. The sweaters looked like the pictures and were good quality. It did take a little longer than I thought for them to arrive, about 3 weeks, but it wasn't a big deal. The real problem came when I only got one sweater even though I was supposed to get two in the deal. I tried reaching out to customer service but only got one reply before they went completely MIA. It was super frustrating not getting any help or answers about the missing sweater.
