Overpriced flip flops
These flip flops are seriously way too expensive for what you get. The customer service was just awful when I tried to talk about my problems. They suggested ridiculous and totally unhelpful solutions to a simple issue. This was my first time buying something from this company and I was really let down by the whole thing. And on top of that, they ship with DHL but my package somehow ended up at the post office instead of being delivered to my house like it normally would. It was all just weird and felt like a big letdown.
