Faulty Controller after 24 months
2. So, my controller for the canvas system just decided to stop working after a good 2 years. I got in touch with customer support right away and they were really quick to reply at first, which got me feeling hopeful. But, after I gave them all the deets about what went wrong and all the info about the device, it's like they dropped off the face of the earth. I checked back in after a couple of weeks, only to hear that they couldn't dig up my info even though I had a clear ticket number. They asked me to send everything all over again, which I did ASAP, but I haven't heard a peep since.
