Herbal remedy for cramps
After dealing with horrible menstrual cramps, I thought I'd try out this herbal remedy. I was sick of always taking painkillers that weren't good for my liver in the long run. And let me tell you, I haven't regretted it at all. The Livia, along with some diet adjustments and herbal teas, has really helped my period. I can finally kiss those awful cramps goodbye that used to keep me in bed for days. And the best part? I've only had to switch out the flower pads one time, and that was because I didn't store them right.
