Pain relief gel
Oh my gosh, this pain relief gel is seriously awesome! I always use it after soccer practice when my muscles are achy, and it seriously works wonders. The best thing about it is that I don't have to swallow any gross pills - it's just a nice, soothing gel that I can massage into my skin. It feels like putting on lotion, but it helps my muscles feel so much more relaxed. And the scent is really pleasant too! I absolutely suggest this gel to anyone looking for relief from muscle pain.
