My recent purchase
I just ordered something from this company, and let me tell you, it was a real pain trying to keep track of my package with the tracking number they gave me. But thankfully, their customer service team was super helpful and got everything sorted out in no time. It turns out there was just a mix-up with the shipping carriers, but once that got cleared up, my delivery came right on time. I'm happy with how everything turned out, and even though there was a little hiccup, I'd definitely give them another shot for my next purchase.
