School uniforms
What a terrible company with terrible service!
I ordered my children's uniform here. (Not by choice, of course, we have to, because our school doesn't give any other option.) After the order is complete I received a confirmation email where I realized that they put the wrong shipping address! I immediately called customer service to inform the mistake that they did. The representative told me that once the order is placed they cannot change it. I should call the courier and find out if they can do anything. This response really ... me off. While it's their fault why should I do all this to fix it? Then she put me on hold to talk to her manager. Once back she informed me that they'll fix it and then send me a new confirmation. All these happened within around half an hour. The order is still very fresh and should be an easy fix, I thought. but I am mistaken.
Later on, the email I received told me the same nonsense that they cannot do anything. The representative openly lied to me! They're not willing to fix the problem that they caused. This is a company that does not want to clean up its own mess. Such incompetent companies should not be given school uniform business. No wonder why their Trustpilot reviews are 1.4 stars.
