Self-driving truck technology
I was really looking forward to buying the self-driving truck technology from this company because I thought it would make my transportation business safer and more efficient. But, I gotta say, the whole ordering process was kind of a mess. The website was confusing and I had a hard time finding what I needed. The customer service was just okay - they took forever to get back to me and weren't very helpful. The prices were decent compared to others out there, but they didn't make it clear what I was paying for. And to top it off, the delivery took forever and the product arrived a little messed up, which messed with how well it worked.
