Automatic reorder issue
I can't believe this company went ahead and put me on some kinda automatic reorder list without even asking me first. Like, who does that? So, I got these filters in the mail that I never even ordered, and I was like, what the heck is going on here? And they didn't even give a heads up on their website about this sneaky move. So, I called them up right away to get my name off that list, but man, that process was so confusing.
Good thing I paid with PayPal though, 'cause now I can stop any shady charges from happening in the future. And then, on top of all that, the water filter I bought started leaking after only a few days! Shoulda checked the reviews before buying, lesson learned. Definitely do your research before dealing with this sketchy company.
