Recent furniture purchase
I was so pumped to finally order some new furniture online, but man, was I let down. The whole ordering process was a mess - the website kept crashing, it took forever to even get my order confirmation, and it was just so frustrating. And don't even get me started on the customer service - they were super slow to respond and not very helpful at all. Plus, the prices were way too high compared to other places. To top it all off, the delivery ended up taking way longer than they said it would, which was a huge pain. Overall, it was just a terrible experience.
