Well I give 7 out of ten rating to CHBO for their approach .After a long repair works with alterations I planned to rent this home to a reliable family or professional.But I didn't find any proper way to reach to right tenant.
On recommendation of my friend whose one set was rented by CHBO .I called them and explained all about the home and location.They were keen to agreed upon the terms except amount I wish against rental.Almost I forced by them to keep rent little lower then I expect .Finally I did the same as suggested and also paid for annual charges.
Three weeks later almost I informed by them ,git one tenant and from one particular date rent will be on.Fine.But after few months received an email that your home is still waiting for tenants if not done by end of this month ,they will look for next one.
But later I seen all rents are deposited in my account on time and they say said sorry for wrong email sent to me.So they are professional no doubt ,working fine but communication should be improved.Corporate housing for professional employees
My company has been using corporate housing for our professional employees through this service. Our employees have always given great feedback about the places they stay in. I definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for corporate housing.
Scammy marketing tactics
The marketing tactics this business uses are really deceptive and misleading. I paid $399 to promote my listing on their site, but I didn't get any real leads or inquiries. I think the views they claim are probably exaggerated and not reliable because I haven't gotten any responses or interest from possible clients. Compared to other sites where I've listed, the lack of engagement and results from CHBO really stands out. The customer service was terrible, with Kirk Holliman acting rude, condescending, and unreasonable. In the end, my experience with this business has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
