My experience was fully negative - I was looking for FREE resume creator on October 30, and found resume coach out and decided to give it a try. Though I found them as a platform, that had a free option, I couldn't download my CV. I had just an hour to make my CV and send it for a new position. Thus I didn't care about that 0,95 dollar, cause I needed it fast(as I had already spend around 40 mins creating the CV).
So just a quick download.
Since then I did not use my card and did not put money on it.
2 days ago 30$ were withdrawn from my card. I had no idea WHY!
It turned out that somewhere on their website with the smallest and transparent letters possible they have decided to put me as a subscriber, which means that I have to pay 30 dollar every 14 days. They were trying to withdraw the money a couple of times, but there was not enough of it.
I would rather attach the part of you interface to prove that you UX is horrible. (but cuz I can't, just advising to try it on your own).
I did not get any notifications or emails, or an outreach from their customer service to understand why I am not paying or using their platform at all since I subscribed.
And now as I am trying to reach you out with emails - there is no response and not other contact information than one email, that does not function properly.
This has been my worst experience ever!
