Ring purchase
I ordered a ring in mid-January and waited for over 2.5 months with no updates on when it would arrive. Every time I contacted the company, they just gave me generic responses about the item being "handcrafted" and "shipped within 3 weeks." When I left a negative review, they deleted it. I eventually asked for a refund, but got no response. It's clear now that this company is a scam, and I won't be shopping here again.
Ordered online, got scammed
I just can't believe it! I bought something online and ended up getting scammed. I did it through the app I always use, and now I feel really dumb for falling for it. I thought I was getting a great deal, but man, was I wrong! It's just crazy that there are people out there willing to do something like this. It really makes me sick to my stomach to think about it. It's scary to know that there are scammers out there, ready to prey on folks like me who just wanna shop online. I've definitely learned my lesson and won't make that mistake again.

I am really upset about what happened with this company. I bought a ring for my daughter way back in November for the holidays, but it never showed up. They kept saying it was on its way for weeks, and when I asked for a refund, they just ignored me and sent another ring that also won't make it on time. It's so frustrating how they haven't been keeping in touch or following up properly. I won't be buying from them again.

I had some issues with making payments on the website from January to May. I tried to send money to the seller multiple times, but my account, Aurolius, didn't show the credit. Also, I was puzzled why the website was blocked and inaccessible during that period.
