Weight loss supplement subscription
So I finally took the leap and decided to give this weight loss supplement subscription a shot. I was looking for something to help me with my hunger, and this glucomannan supplement seemed like a good option. I gotta say, it really does make me feel full and satisfied all day long. I'm actually interested to see if it does anything good for my cholesterol levels too. The customer service team was surprisingly helpful when I had a question about my subscription. Overall, as someone new to intermittent fasting, I think the app is pretty easy to use, although it would be great to have the ability to choose a previous food serving size when I log my meals. Despite some negative reviews, I'm happy with my 3-month subscription so far.
DoFasting
This app is really straightforward and simple to use, but it can be a little tough when you're trying to keep track of calories in meals with tons of ingredients or brands you're not familiar with. I like that it's not constantly nagging me with reminders and food ratings like some of the other apps out there, it just feels more user-friendly. The cost is fair when you compare it to other apps that do similar things.
DO Fasting smart scales
I'm enjoying the smart scales so far. First a couple of months ago I purchased the app, which is good on itself but I lacked some more information about my progress. Later I discovered that the scales are available on their website when I was looking for some general information. The only thing is missing is that my husband cannot use the scales without the app. I wish there was a way for both of us to use the scales and the app.
Fasting tracker app
The fasting tracker app has been awesome for me! It fits right in with my health app and makes keeping track of my fasting super easy. The lessons are to the point and helpful, which keeps me motivated. Unlike other diets I've done, this app has really changed the game for me by giving me good results without any bad side effects. I'm excited to get my first Burn Box to keep up the good work!
Weight loss accountability app
I've had a tough time staying on track with my weight loss goals, but man, this weight loss app really helps me stay accountable. It keeps me motivated and focused on reaching my goals. The only problem is the price and the tricky refund policy. But even with that, I think it's worth recommending to anyone who wants to lose weight and stick to their fitness journey.
3-month subscription, app stopped working
I was pretty excited about my 3-month subscription at first because it was really helping me keep up with my fitness goals. But that excitement didn't last long because just 2 months in, the app stopped working on my phone out of nowhere. It was super frustrating because I couldn't keep up with my progress or stay motivated like I had been. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they couldn't fix the problem, so I ended up feeling let down and stuck.

This weight loss app has been a total game-changer for me in my weight loss journey. It's been a lifesaver in keeping me on point with my diet by making sure I stay on top of my water intake and calories. Thanks to this app, I've managed to shed 110 pounds in the last year. I can't recommend it enough for anyone trying to reach their weight loss targets.
Weight loss program
My time on the weight loss program was pretty good. I did feel tired and had a slight headache while fasting, but I ended up feeling more energized and not hungry. It was a really good experience for me, and I was happy to see some results - I lost 2 pounds in only 2 days.
APP DOFASTING
Great useful app wide range of workout that I can do anytime even without going on the app. Plus the timer is easy to use and the whole app is self explanatory even more. Perhaps the calorie log could be updated with more common foods but hey nothing is perfect hahah
App and box
Perfect app for beginners with I.F. Easily stick to a schedule and track your lifestyle choices and fasting and eating times.
The supplements box is nice additional as well but it gets clumsy if I don't drink it instantly.app
Out of all the apps I've tried, this one is the best so far. I like the fact that it tracks your eating time.
