the course is fine, but the break feature is broken. Every time I logged out it dumped my progress. I had to redo quizzes and click through the same screens, over and over. It ended up adding days to what should've been a one-day task. I've done other online trainings that save your spot, so this was surprising and annoying. I got through it in the end and learned what I needed, but it was more hassle than it should have been.

I signed up to shave my car insurance. Course opened after I paid. Software is straightforward. Took the test during a lunch break. Support answered a question by email, nothing flashy. Certificate arrived a day later. Not perfect, but it does the job.
