usable product, unclear marketing. I expected the advertised free features to actually be free. They weren't. The VIDEO O1 multi-shot and the Voice Control model showed free uses at sign-up, but after subscribing I learned they still need credits. Support eventually told me "free access" only means you can open the feature, not that usage is free — a distinction that wasn't clear at purchase. Refunds are basically blocked by a strict virtual goods policy. Replies from support felt templated and a little dismissive. That said, the core features do work and I was relieved I could still use them, so it isn't a total loss. I've used other AI services that were more upfront about limits. My take: show credit costs up front, spell out limits before checkout, and have support actually address the issue instead of repeating policy. Overall, read the fine print and plan for credits. Glad it's functional, but they need to be more transparent — hopefully they'll fix it soon; clearer terms would help regain trust.
Halfway through a render, I realized something useful, and something frustrating
sharp frames, smooth motion, exactly what I needed for quick product demos. Then the problems kicked in. The Pro plan promises a Video Extension feature, but in the 2.5 Turbo model there was no Extend button at all, and the Video Extender UI told me the feature “is unavailable for the selected content.” Support first told me it should work on 2.5 Turbo, then someone else said it doesn’t because of “model constraints.” That back-and-forth, contradictory answers, and no clear pre-purchase note that extension only works on older models is the main issue. I asked for credit compensation to re-run the workflow on the supported models (3,000 credits), and they denied it citing policy, while admitting the communication could be clearer. Bottom line: the video engine is solid for everyday use, but the product descriptions and support are messy, and that left me wasting time and credits.
