I'm really excited about this new video maker I discovered recently! It's so user-friendly that I didn't even have to search for help, everything is pretty straightforward. Currently, I'm using the free plan but I'm looking forward to upgrading soon to create even more awesome videos.
Paid plan disappointment
The $29 paid plan is pretty much the same as the free plan, but you don't have the watermark. If you want to change colors or fonts, you'll need to get a pricier plan. I was kinda bummed about the limited features for the cost, especially when there are other options like ANIMOTO.
Video creation tool subscription
I recently bought a video creation tool subscription and honestly, I was pretty let down by the lack of good content. They make you shell out a lot of cash for a short trial period and no chance of getting your money back. It's just not cool in this day and age when customers want honesty and bang for their buck. I really recommend steering clear of this service and finding something better.

Long-term user, upgraded from Premium to Business
I've been using this platform for a couple of years now. I started off with the Forever Free account and ended up upgrading to Business. The team that works on the platform is always making updates to make it faster to create videos and improve the quality. The Stories feature they added recently has really changed the game for me. I definitely suggest starting with the Forever Free account and then moving up as you need more.
Slow premium video editing application
The video editing app that you have to pay for is just so frustratingly slow. It takes forever to make just one video, which is so annoying. They really need to work on making it faster.

This video editing software is seriously the worst I've ever used. It's missing basic features like changing text size or color, which is super frustrating. Not being able to resize text is so annoying - what's the point of having a text tool if it doesn't work properly? And when the text wraps to the next line, it looks messy and just ruins everything. Plus, having random bright pink text is just not a good look. The fonts are blurry, and I feel like I have to redo my project a million times just to make it somewhat decent. It's a nightmare to work with, and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
