great instructors and real value, but I canceled because the founder keeps jumping in and it broke the experience. I was actually impressed — plenty of strong lectures, interesting ideas, and some teachers who clearly know their stuff. Still, midway through lessons the founder would pop in with comments that felt unnecessary, repeating points or changing the tone. It pulled me out of the flow a few times too many. I’ve used other platforms where the teacher just runs the session, and that difference stood out. I’m glad the core content was worthwhile — I learned things and it wasn’t a waste — but the interruptions got under my skin, so I signed off. If they let experts speak uninterrupted, I’d probably come back. For now, decent product, frustrating delivery. Felt kind of petty but honest, really.
The creaky door that turned out to be a hallway
short lessons, audio I could listen to on walks, exercises that weren't long rituals but actually fit into my messy life.
Double charges, long refund road
they charged my card twice, then again, and the fight for a refund has been ridiculous. I’ve gone back and forth with support — lots of messages, like 20-something emails — and most replies sound polite and promising, which was weirdly reassuring, but the money never came back. Worse, they want you to use a third-party portal (Airbase) to get refunded and to enter more bank and personal info. That felt invasive. They refuse to just reverse the charge to the card or cut a check. That single detail ruined the whole experience for me. I expected better from a company that talks about wellbeing. Still, a small surprise: some staff actually checked in quickly and explained steps, so it wasn’t ghosting. But words didn’t equal action. I wouldn’t recommend signing up without being ready to push hard for your money, and I’d warn anyone I told first — sorry, sis, you probably dodged a bullet. It's been over a year now and I'm still waiting.
Surprisingly worth it
prompt tricks, building automations, and tools for creative tasks. Teachers knew their stuff and came prepared. Vykintas set a high standard, and most of the instructors reached it. What caught me off guard was the group. People actually helped each other, shared tips, and didn't act like they were competing. I met a couple of folks I still chat with. Ileana, the session moderator, stuck around after class more than once to answer questions — really appreciated that. There were small rough edges, like occasional timing slip-ups and a session that ran long, but nothing major. Overall it felt practical, not just theory. If you want a hands-on introduction to modern AI workflows and a friendly crowd, this is a solid pick. Glad I took the recommendation and tried it.
Billing red flag — be careful
I wouldn’t trust their billing or cancellation flow. I signed up in late January to try a few courses and at first it seemed fine — the content was okay and the site looked professional. A week later I decided to cancel. The site showed my subscription as canceled, so I assumed it was done. Then a charge hit my card. I reached out to customer support right away and that’s where things got messy. They told me I’d missed the cancellation window even though the site had displayed “canceled” before the new billing. I sent screenshots and explained I couldn’t remove my card because the site locked me out in that canceled state. We went back and forth for several messages. They never really admitted it was their system error. On about the fifth message I said I’d file a dispute with Visa and my bank. At that point they reactivated the account and told me to go ahead if I wanted to dispute — basically shifting responsibility. So yes, the lessons: double-check after you cancel, keep screenshots, and expect a fight if something goes wrong. I’m a bit annoyed but glad I pushed the bank. Small redeeming quality: the courses themselves were fine, but the payment process was not.
Small win after a rocky start
loading screens, shiny course pages, and then the annoying bit where I found a bunch of meditation stuff locked behind extra paywalls. That definitely rubbed me the wrong way at first. Took me a couple weeks of poking around, trying free lessons, and sending a support message before I really dove in. The moment I knew I was actually glad I’d stuck with it came on a quiet Tuesday morning — I tried one of the guided meditations that was included, and halfway through I realized my head had actually quieted down. No dramatic epiphany, just a calm that lasted the rest of the day. That’s when I felt thankful, honestly, because I’d been bracing to cancel. Support answered my questions clearly (took a bit, but they did), and I found a few courses that felt worth the price when used the right way. Would I tell everyone to jump in? Nope, check what’s included first. But for me, after the initial annoyances, it delivered a few really useful sessions and I’m glad I gave it the trial run.
