there’s no place in the account to cancel. No cancel button, no obvious management page, nothing. I sent multiple emails before the renewal and heard nothing back, so the charge went through. My bank couldn’t reverse it without a merchant confirmation. So yeah, the product functions, but the handling around billing is messy and feels unfair. Also, their terms are confusing, or at least they were for me.
