I was half expecting setup to be a hassle, but the signup and activation landed in my inbox within minutes. Install was straightforward on my laptop and phone. Speeds were solid during my tests, even on longer streams. Customer support was okay - helpful but a bit slow to reply once, which annoyed me. Delivery of the subscription (activation email, docs) was fast though. Overall I'm happy it works, and I’d recommend it, just wish replies were quicker and more detailed sometimes. Small things, but they matter.
Hit-and-miss Firestick install
it works sometimes, feels awkward most of the time, and I ended up uninstalling and going back to IP Vanish. If you try it, test on another device first and expect some fiddling.
