    Not what we expected

there was no guided onboarding, no customer success check-ins, and support tickets moved painfully slow. When replies did come, they were vague and didn’t help move things forward. I even asked for a partial refund after less than a month and got a flat no, which left a sour note. Honestly, it works if you have engineers and patience, but if you were expecting a partner that helps get things live, don’t count on it. I’m disappointed but not surprised — there are clearer, more supportive options out there.

    Signup hit a wall

I was halfway through updating the privacy page for my little side project (just some freelance portfolio stuff) and thought, hey, this generator looks handy. The templates previewed like the kind of plain, sensible copy I was after. But then the login hiccup — I signed up with a disposable email alias (I use an email privacy tool to keep things tidy) and every time I tried to log in it pushed a single-sign-on flow and threw an error. Support kept replying with the same “use SSO” suggestion even after I explained I used email, and when I asked them to delete the account they said they couldn’t find it. It’s annoying because the tool itself seems like it could save time, and the actual outputs looked decent, but you can’t get there without a functioning first step. So useful potential, frustrating execution — not awful, just clunky and time-consuming.

    Billing limbo

I thought changing our billing info would be a five-minute thing; instead it became a saga. I use their app every day to manage invoices and keep my small business humming (morning coffee, open app, done) — so when we reorganized the company and needed the legal name and billing updated, I expected a quick edit. Nope. Had to send them at least six emails (yes, I counted), waited forever, and mostly got radio silence or the classic "it's someone else's problem" shuffle. Only after I canceled the recurring payment in PayPal did someone actually reply — and even then it felt like pulling teeth. Delivery of the change? Slow and sloppy. Customer support? Unreliable. On the upside, PayPal saved the day, so if you set that up, maybe you can force their hand. I'm a little annoyed, a little amused (because what else can you do) — but honestly, I'd think twice before relying on them for anything time-sensitive.

Half-baked process, but at least I learned something

the people who were supposed to be there didn’t show, and others sat in instead. They said they’d record and pass it on — felt like a cheap workaround.
A few days later I got the rejection email, which is okay, I don’t hold grudges about not getting a job. What bugged me was the radio silence afterwards despite my follow-ups; no feedback, no notes, nothing. Still, I don’t want this to be only negative — the outreach from leadership and the initial openness about learning convinced me the role could be good for someone who needs growth. For me, ending up rejected after a sloppy process was disappointing, but I’m actually kind of relieved — I’d rather skip a messy culture. So, mixed feelings: frustrating logistics, decent people at parts, and a clearer picture of what I want next.

    Blank screen to relief

test on mobile first, keep backups, and expect to push for support. Dry, factual: product works now but support and limits caused real headaches. I’d use it again only with warnings and extra testing.
