I ordered about 20 days ago and at first I thought I'd been scammed — no replies, no tracking updates, I kept sending messages. After a couple nudges they replied and shipped a replacement, which arrived a few days later. First impression was pretty bad, slow and quiet, but customer service did fix it in the end, delivery ok, not perfect though.
Long wait, decent product, crappy vendor
items showed in stock when I ordered, I prepaid, then sat on the money for over a month. Same canned replies every week, “it’s on the way” kind of emails, and no real explanation. When it finally arrived there was a faint glue smell and one seam wasn’t perfect, but usable. I wouldn’t trust them again though — slow, poor communication and no apology or voucher offered. Works for the back, but the whole buying experience was a mess.
Glad I took the chance
Funny thing — I almost didn't order the protein powder. I was worried about shipping to my restaurant in Cala D'or; the address was long and the checkout kept flipping between free and paid delivery, so I hesitated. I needed it for morning shakes at Restaurant Beatriz and the price looked right, so I went for it. Tracking was messy and the parcel was late. I reached out to support and they were calm, quick, and actually chased the courier. It still showed up a couple days after the expected date, but it's here now. We used it during the breakfast rush and it mixes well, tastes good, no weird aftertaste. My doubts faded once we started serving it. Not perfect — delivery could be faster — but overall I'm glad I ordered and I'll probably buy again when our stock runs low.
Middle-of-the-road protein, terrible follow-up
I’ll be honest — the powder itself does what it’s supposed to do. Taste is mild, kind of bland-sweet, and it mixes up fine in a proper shaker; if you just stir it in a cup you’ll get little clumps, but a blender or shaker sorts that out. I usually do a scoop (about 30g) with 8–10 oz of water or almond milk and it’s a decent post-workout drink. Texture is a bit denser than lightweight isolates, so it fills you up more — some people like that, some don’t. Smell was neutral, no weird chemical notes, and it didn’t mess with my stomach, though I did notice a faint aftertaste for a minute or two. My partner tried it with milk and said it felt creamier, so ymmv.
Worth another shot despite the hiccup
I’d probably order from them again. The package situation was messy at first — my tracking showed “delivered,” there was a name signed that I don’t even know, and the courier never knocked or called. So naturally I called customer support a few times. They kept telling me the transport company confirmed delivery, which was frustrating because if it was truly delivered, why would I be chasing them? I asked for a simple written statement I could sign saying it wasn’t received so they could open a claim and refund me, and they did offer to have the transporter check the building. The annoying part was they couldn’t give me a time or any clear next step right away. Still, the ordering process itself was smooth, the price seemed fair, and once I pushed a bit the team finally moved things along. Not perfect — communication could be way clearer and faster — but the end result was sorted without too much drama. Compared to some other companies that ghost you completely, this one actually responded and followed through, even if it took a while.
