The undershirts felt smaller than expected, so I sent both back with the prepaid label in the original packaging. Since then, though, nothing. I’ve left voicemails and sent emails, but no one has gotten back to me. It’s frustrating because I’m out the shirts and the money. I really hoped this would be easier.
Bad button, good recovery
In the end, I’d order from them again, though the blouse made a poor first impression. My sister had pointed me to the site after seeing it on Instagram, and I was skeptical about the price. The fit is genuinely good, and the undershirt worked well. Still, a button came off before I wore the blouse. Annoying. Customer service handled the exchange without making it complicated.
Shirts That Forgot They’re Shirts

When I demanded a refund and called them out for being sketchy, they went silent. Just a heads up, better to avoid this shady business.
