Funny thing when the site charged me and then emailed asking to swap most of my order because items were 'out of stock' even though they showed available. I dug through and picked specific alternatives — some were even options they listed — and I thought, okay, problem solved. When the box arrived it had different stuff than I picked. I kept messaging but didn’t hear back; they were super fast up to payment, then radio silence. Taste-wise most of the items were kind of cardboard-y and my kids pushed them aside, which was a bummer. Oddly, the peanut-butter cereal looked promising (I never got that one). If they fixed stock accuracy and replied faster, I'd try again. For now, cautious recommendation.
Rainy Tuesday taste test
the texture felt cheap and the flavor was off — not awful enough to toss, but definitely not what I expected. Used it a few times over the week; it works okay for casual use but I kept noticing an odd aftertaste. Packaging was fine, delivery showed up on time, so that part was easy. The refund process, though, was a mess. They asked for proof in a way that felt unnecessary — cut out UPCs, send by certified mail, show tracking — and only offered a partial refund. I went back and forth with support and, in the end, I’m kind of relieved it wasn’t worse, but annoyed by all the hoops. Wouldn’t recommend if you hate hassle.
Almost gave up, then it clicked
the cereal actually saved a few rushed breakfasts and slipped into my kid’s lunchbox without drama. So I reordered and then… nothing showed up. Got a blanket email about tariffs and delays, a promised sample that didn’t arrive, and then they charged me for another subscription shipment. I emailed to cancel and asked for refunds for the missing orders. First reply was short — subscription cancelled, no refund mentioned. I wasn’t thrilled and yeah, I kept pushing them, which is annoying, but it worked. A couple weeks later the refund landed and a sample pack finally arrived. When the credit hit and the cereal tasted as good as that first box, I relaxed — now it’s part of our morning routine.
Not what I hoped, but delivery was okay
the flavor was off for me. I tried a few and just couldn’t get into them. Return process was a pain. I ended up with a $22 credit from an $89 order, which felt small, and their policy basically says they can’t take back food except in very limited cases. Customer service was helpful-ish but not straightforward. Cancelling the subscription was the most annoying thing — the cancel button is buried and not where you’d expect, so I wasted time poking around the site before figuring it out. After a bit of back-and-forth they did sort it out, though, so that moved me from annoyed to mildly satisfied. Would I reorder? Maybe not these flavors. But delivery and packaging were solid, and support eventually got me the resolution.
