I had a small pile of their trays in the fridge because we’d been using this service for almost two years — lunches, lazy weeknight dinners, my husband’s go-to when I was out. Honestly I was a little unsure about reordering a bigger box recently because of price and some mixed reviews I’d seen, but most nights the food was solid and convenient, so I figured, why not. That doubt faded... until it didn’t. One delivery arrived that was clearly off. My husband ate one and said it tasted weird, then found a bit of plastic in a different meal and tossed several containers. He was counting on those meals while I was away, so that was frustrating. I emailed customer service to at least say, hey, heads up — we don’t have photos or the packaging info, but this just wasn’t right from a longtime customer. What I got back felt like a textbook canned reply about how they pride themselves on quality and inspect meals at multiple checkpoints. Then they asked for shipment details — which made it obvious they hadn’t really read my note. I replied a second time, explained the situation again, and then radio silence. It’s disappointing because the service had been useful in our daily routine and not terrible overall, but the quality slip-up combined with the lack of real follow-up broke my trust. So no, it’s not perfect food, and the convenience is real, but when something goes wrong I expected better handling. We’re done for now — maybe they’ll sort it out, but after two years I needed more than a form letter.
Delivery headaches killed it
they promised a delivery date, it passed, I had to reach out — no proactive notice — they then gave a new date, that passed too, and after another call they admitted they couldn’t provide a firm timeline. So I canceled. On top of that the site’s multi-ship-to feature is basically useless; an agent told me the buttons don’t work and you must manually change the account address every time. I’m annoyed and honestly a bit disappointed — wanted this to be a simple solution for my dad but the poor communication and buggy site made it more trouble than it’s worth. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
Long-time fans who were let down
if something’s off, snap a photo and keep the packaging — it seems they really want those details. Also, if you value responsive customer service, be prepared that you might need to push a bit. Sad to leave a brand we liked, but also relieved to be done with the uncertainty. Hope they take feedback seriously and step up — they could win us back if they do.
Variety of Meals
The food options from this service are amazing! They've really helped me stick to the program. I love how they put so much effort into making each meal unique and delicious with a variety of flavors and ingredients. You can tell a talented chef is making these dishes because they're so full of delicious flavors.
Latest order issue correction
I was so close to giving up on this service after a big mistake on my last order. But Todd really came through with his persistence and awesome follow-up. I might actually hang around for a bit longer now.

My experience with Silver Cuisine has been kind of up and down. The first time I ordered, I really liked the food - it was tasty and made me happy. But the second time around was a letdown. The meat was tough and tasteless, and the sides weren't very good either. I also didn't get the rewards points I was supposed to from their program. Plus, not being able to track my delivery was a big downside for me.
