Mediocre experience with Crossflix streaming service
As a member of Crossflix, I have been using the streaming service for about a year now and overall, I am pretty satisfied with what it has to offer.
First off, the selection of content is fairly diverse. There are a good number of movies and TV shows available, including some exclusive titles that can only be found on Crossflix. The platform also has a wide range of genres to choose from, so there's something for everyone.
One thing that I particularly appreciate about Crossflix is the user interface. It's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for, whether you're looking for a specific show or just browsing for something new to watch. The recommendation algorithm is also pretty good at suggesting content that I might enjoy based on my previous viewing history.
On the downside, the quality of the streams can be a bit inconsistent. Sometimes the video will be pixelated or buffer frequently, which can be frustrating. However, this doesn't happen too often and overall, the streaming experience is smooth.
In terms of customer service, I've had to contact Crossflix a few times for various issues and each time, the team has been very helpful in resolving my issues. They have a chat feature on their website that makes it easy to get in touch with them, and the response time is usually pretty quick.
All in all, I'm happy with my subscription to Crossflix. It's not perfect, but it's a solid streaming service that I would recommend to others.Hired as a story writer and scammed
I was hired January 13th and scammed for the last 3 weeks! The scammer pretended to be Crossflix or at least I hope it was a scammer and not the actual company. I submitted 2 story’s to them. They then asked for my direct deposit information, said that it wasn't compatible with their system and wanted me to open up a new “bank account.” When I said no they continued trying to manipulate me into it. Then today January 31st 2023 I called them out for it they then blocked me on everything and deleted the conversations. I however screenshot most of what was said and am now blasting it all over social media!
