don't book through them if you're taking kids — we almost missed the whole park. I needed tickets because I'd promised a Disneyland Paris trip to make up for a canceled family visit, booked months ahead to avoid last-minute panic. They sent a confirmation with an order number but no actual tickets, and at the gate we got turned away. Two hours later, after a lot of sulking kids and awkward explanations, Disney management sorted it out (thankfully). The reseller's support? A shrug and "you should've told us earlier." That was frustrating — wasted queue time, stressed kids, and a dent in the day. I'll book direct next time or pick a seller with real customer care. Lesson learned, but at least the kids still had a few smiles.
Charged, no tickets — left hanging
Started out hopeful because the price looked good. I did have a bad feeling after reading a few mixed reviews, but went ahead to book Disneyland Paris tickets for a specific date. During checkout the site froze and then went blank. I checked my bank and the charge was already posted. No confirmation, no tickets in my inbox. I called — office closed — and emails bounced back. PayPal confirmed the payment and opened a dispute. When I finally reached an agent they said they can’t issue tickets or refund until I close the PayPal claim. That didn’t sit right. It messed up my plans and added stress. I wanted this to work, but it didn’t.
