row W, way at the back, £62 face value each. That stung. I tried to get a refund or swap when the date changed. Nada. Chat said "we're offline" and the email reply never came. On the plus side we did get in and the game itself was fun; the view was distant but you still feel the crowd. So it's usable, just feels like daylight robbery. Wouldn't trust them again without solid proof they won't shuffle dates. Sad but true.
Gate fail, then refund
I bought five tickets for a Manchester show and none of them would scan at the gate. Guest services checked and said they weren't genuine, so we couldn't get in. I was annoyed and a bit suspicious of resale sites, but after persistent calls they finally refunded us — that refund was the moment I felt satisfied, oddly.
