I ordered this item back in early January because I needed it for my everyday routine — small thing, but I use it almost daily. At first I thought it was just a normal delay. Then I got a generic email saying shipping was slower. I messaged them about a week later. They told me the original item wasn’t actually available when I bought it and that it might be back in a couple months. Okay, fine. I can deal with waiting sometimes. A few weeks after that they offered to upgrade my order to a similar item that was in stock and said they could ship it right away. I took the offer since I really wanted something to use. That was nine days ago. Still nothing shipped and the automated replies are vague — no dates, no real updates. It’s frustrating because I rearranged some plans around having this thing on hand. I’m glad they tried to make it right by offering a replacement, and I appreciate that at least they responded, but the follow-through is missing. It leaves you wondering if they’re on top of their inventory or not. I won’t order something time-sensitive from them again, sadly.
