Halfway through dinner I realized these are exactly what I wanted — the weight and clarity are nice, they look great on the table. I use them for daily iced coffee and quick dinners. One glass did crack after a gentle dishwasher cycle, so be careful. Still glad I bought them, packaged well and feel high quality.
Not what I hoped for
I almost didn't pull the trigger on this one. A friend sent me a link and I was curious, then I hesitated because shipping felt iffy. I ordered anyway. When the box showed up one glass was totally smashed — you could tell it wasn't packed right. I took photos right away and emailed the company twice. No reply. I even checked with my bank and got nowhere. Kinda annoying. Weirdly, the other pieces look better in person than online, which was a nice surprise and made me a bit less angry. I asked about buying some UK-only items and paying for international shipping, but silence there too. I'll keep pushing the bank and support, but communication needs to improve.
Half my order ghosted me
I ordered a few kitchen bits I actually use every day — mugs and a slow-drip pourer for my morning routine — and half of it got cancelled without a heads-up. The rest showed up fine and even earlier than I expected, which was weirdly nice. Customer service only replied after I chased them; they were polite but slow. Website stock needs fixing, seriously
