Location tracking for family safety
As a parent of four boys, keeping them safe is my number one concern. uMobix has been a huge help in keeping tabs on where they are without them even knowing. Being able to see where they are at any moment gives me a sense of relief knowing they're okay. The map feature lets me easily check in on them anytime, day or night, so I can stay connected with them while still knowing they're safe.
iCloud installation support
I had some trouble installing software from iCloud, so I called customer support. The lady I talked to was really nice and did her best to help me with the problem. We couldn't fix it right then, so she said she'd talk to a tech person and get back to me. After waiting 2 days and not hearing anything, another support person got in touch and fixed it. It was annoying waiting, but I'm glad they were able to help me in the end.
Android installation process
I had to go through a bunch of menus and give the app permissions, so installing it on my Android took a while. I was worried about running into an error, but everything went smoothly and I got the tracking info right away. I guess it's just their way of making sure everything works properly.
Hubby tracking app
I had to figure out where my husband was always sneaking off to, so I tested out a few phone spying apps and uMobix was the best! It worked really quick and the layout was really user-friendly, even for someone like me who doesn't use computers much. And being able to check things from my phone was a game-changer.
Installation issue on iPhone
I had some trouble installing the product on my iPhone. Even though I did everything right, the features just wouldn't work. I contacted customer support using the form on the website. It took a whole day to hear back, and they told me to try reinstalling the app. Luckily, that did the trick and the app started working like it should. But, I have to say, the wait for their response was longer than I thought it would be.

I just bought the keylogger feature from this service 'cause I wanted to keep an eye on what my partner's up to on his phone. I was freaking out about not knowing where my kid was, so I downloaded this phone tracking app. It was a breeze to use and the GPS tracking was spot on! I was so excited about the service I got from this online tracking platform I used to check on my husband's phone. I just got the app for my iPhone and was kinda bummed to see that a lot of features weren't there. After checking it out more, I saw that it was actually mentioned on the website, so I guess it's on me for not noticing. It'd be awesome if the developers could add more stuff for iPhones soon. I'd say it's a solid 4 stars overall.
Quick purchase of monitoring software
I just bought some software to keep an eye on what my kid's up to online, and honestly, I'm kinda disappointed with it. The updates on the dashboard don't show up in real-time, which is a big bummer for me. I've tried switching up my internet connections, but the delays in updates are still there. Turns out, the slow updates are because of how often iCloud backs up stuff, but I was hoping for better performance. It's so annoying not being able to see the most recent data as it's happening.

But when it came time to fork over money every month, I just couldn't bring myself to do it. They really need to lower the price if they want more people to be able to afford it.
Location tracker for monitoring my child's school attendance
I just put a location tracker on my kid's phone 'cause their teachers were saying they were missing school. With the tracker, I could see right away when they weren't in class during school hours. I talked to them about it without making a big deal and now they're going to all their classes. It's really helped and they're doing better in school now.

I wanted to try this service
and by mistake I paid a membership for 2 years. The same day I contacted them and explained that I won't use the product and that I have 14 days trial period to ask for refund.
They refused to to issue a refund. Very acammy by them. They wanted to keep that money even I sent so many mails explaining and asking my money back.
Very unprofessional. They are basically stealing from me...Shame on them
