Tea subscription service
I love tea, so I was really excited to try out this tea subscription service that everyone was talking about. But, honestly, I was pretty bummed by my experience with them. The biggest issue for me was that I couldn't really customize my order. I was hoping to get teas that fit my tastes, but instead, they just sent me whatever they wanted with no chance to switch it up. That lack of flexibility made me feel like I wasn't really getting my money's worth. And to make things worse, there was no option for a refund if I didn't like the tea. It was frustrating, to say the least. Plus, they only provided customer service through email, which was a pain, especially when I needed quick answers. Overall, the high cost and these problems left me feeling pretty let down by the whole thing.
